Official Rules: DIY Mason Jars Giveaway
No purchase necessary. Enter the contest online by clicking the link above or mail a 3 1/2" x 5" postcard with your name, address and daytime phone number to DIY Mason Jars Giveaway, c/o Country Sampler, Dept. JM, 707 Kautz Road, St. Charles, IL 60174. Ten (10) lucky winners will be selected on or about October 7, 2013, in a random drawing from all entries received by September 30, 2013. Only one entry per household or address. Neither Country Sampler nor its agencies are responsible for late, damaged, illegible, incomplete, postage-due or misdirected mail. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Ten (10) winners will receive one (1) copy of DIY Mason Jars by Melisa Averinos, which retails for $18.95. Prizes will be shipped directly to the winners. No substitution or transfer of prize will be accepted. Decision of judges is final. Open to U.S. and Canadian residents age 21 and older. Employees of DRG and participating companies (including immediate family members) may not enter. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Taxes and any additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the winners. Winners' names may be used as part of the promotion.
