Official Rules: GET SET FOR SUMMER!

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Limit one entry per household. To enter, complete and return the bound-in subscription card, enter online at www.countrysampler.com/promotions or write your name, address, and phone number on a 31/2" x 5" postcard and mail to: Country Sampler Get Set for Summer, PO Box 4127, St. Charles, IL 60174. Entries must be received by July 29, 2013. Neither Country Sampler nor its agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail. All entries become the property of Country Sampler LLC and none will be returned. The giveaway is open to U.S. and Canadian residents age 21 and older. Employees of Country Sampler LLC, DRG, affiliated companies, agents, advertising/promotional suppliers and the immediate families of each may not enter. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. One grand-prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 5, 2013, and winner will be notified by phone and/or mail.

Grand prize consists of a 5-piece solid hardwood patio set, including 48" round table and 4 chairs with cushions (valued at $440.00); 16-piece service of stoneware dinnerware (valued at $30.00); glasses and flatware for 4 (valued at $15.00); tiered plate holder from Pat's Again and plates (valued at $47.00); place mats, napkins and runner from Plum Creek Primitives (valued at $106.95); wasp trap light from Homespun Blessings (valued at $48.99); shoo-fly screen covers from Olde Farm Creek (valued at $40.99); mini mason jar salt and pepper caddy from The Red Brick Cottage (valued at $24.95); The Porch rough-sawn pine sign from Hare Hollow (valued at $24.95). Total prize value, including shipping, over $900.00. (Table and chairs will be shipped unassembled. Fully assembled set requires a space of 10' x 10'. Each chair holds up to 250 lbs.)

Winner may be obligated to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity releases within 14 days of notification. In the event of noncompliance with this requirement, prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. If prize is returned to Country Sampler LLC as undeliverable, it will be awarded to an alternate winner. Acceptance of a prize shall constitute and signify the winner's agreement and consent that Country Sampler LLC may use the winner's name, address, likeness and/or prize information without limitation for promotional purposes without any further consideration or payment. Winner agrees that the prize is awarded upon the condition that Country Sampler LLC and its respective agencies or employees shall have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize.

Taxes and additional shipping charges of prizes are the responsibility of the winner. Prize value is based on shipping to continental U.S. destinations. Only one prize per household or address. No prize or cash substitutions allowed. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
