When we bought this house, four years ago, I hated the red brick fireplace. After many photos in magazines and such, hubby and I found something we both liked! Since I had learned how to chalk paint back in early spring, I got some advice from a local shop, bought the paint...and did it! We love it! It's an amazing transformation! And it looks great with our pumpkin-toned love seats! The pale green table is a re-purposed table that hubby cut down the legs, I chalk painted it, then waxed it with a little Jacobean mixed with Light colored finishing wax. It's the end table between the two loveseats.
